Interests

Sports

I enjoy watching and playing various sports including soccer, tennis, basketball, and football. I am a big Real Madrid fan (as you can see by the image), which is a soccer team that plays in La Liga in Spain. I also enjoy watching soccer from leagues across Europe such as Bundesliga, Premier League, and the Champions League.

In terms of other sports, I am fan of Lebron James in the NBA and, Roger Federer in the ATP tour. And I try to play these sports whenever I can since I enjoy plus they are great exercise!

Travel

In terms of travel, I really enjoy going to theme parks like Disney and Universal when I have the chance. I particularly like the Epcot park in Walt Disney World where you get to experience a little flavor of many countries all in one place. Plus, they have great food in all of those parks!

In addition, I enjoy traveling to other parts of the world when I have the opportunity. I have been fortunuate to be able to visit international destinations like Egypt (get to see family!), and Italy. And various cities in the US such as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Orlando.

Cooking

Recently with a lot of extra time at home, I have gotten more into cooking. I have tried to make various types of food from arrabiata pasta, dinner rolls, pizza, pita, smashburgers and various other things. I particularly enjoy watching the videos of the Chef Joshua Weissman on YouTube. I would encourage you to check them out if you want to learn how to make some popular dishes at home from scratch.

In the near future, there are a couple of other foods that I want to try to learn how to make including cookies similar to the famous Levain one, and tiramisu from scratch.
